Meagan Good was born in Panorama City, Los Angeles on August 8, 1981. Her mother Tyra Wardlow Doyle managed her while she was in her teens. She grew with her 3 siblings within Canyon Country California, and made her debut in acting when she was four. In the early stages of her career, she performed as an extra on television shows such as Doogie Howser Amen and M.D. When she was 13, she was cast as Friday in the year 1995. She first became famous during 1997 due to her performance in the role of Cisely batiste (a troubled teenage girl) as a troubled teenager in Eve's Bayou, for which she received two nominations, and also received an N.A.A.C.P. Image Award Nomination. Good was a small part of the television and films of in the following years. At the start of 2000 her acting career began to take the roles of a more mature. In Nickelodeon's Cousin Sceeter she played Nina. Between 1998 and 2001, she was a character on Nina on Nickelodeon's TV series Cousin Squeeter. The show ran from 1998 to 2001. She also played minor role on the films House Party, Down to the Very Last Minute and 3 Strikes. She portrayed Vanessa Scott in the sitcom My Wife and Kids in 2003. She was on D.E.B.S (2004) the comedy action movie. The film earned her the award of Best Actress by the Black Movie Awards for 2005. Following this, she appeared in several movies such as Cookout Venom Waist Deep and The Love Guru. Following a busy year on T.V. and films, she played the role of Mya in the multi-starring Think Like a Man and Ms. Stevens in Dysfunctional Friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Killmer originates from Texas was born, and attended Baylor University Waco Texas. From there she graduated with a bachelor's degree. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2010 in the field of performing arts. She started her acting career in 2010 when she appeared in Simon Fuller's web series, If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer, who had performed in several local productions before making her first appearance on the screen in 2010, made it part of Simon Fuller's Hulu series If I Can Dream. This reality series revolves around an ensemble of actors who live in a Hollywood California house.
