Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat
Madekwe comes from a multicultural family. Born within South London. The father of her is Nigerian as well as Swiss and the mother of her is English. She was raised on a council estate in the south of London. When she was 14she enrolled in The Brit School. She graduated with a BA in acting from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. While attending the school was when she performed in various stage plays, including King Henry V as Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started acting in Storm Damage. Since then, Madekwe has appeared in Teachers and Doctors. Madekwe's breakthrough came in 2007's Woody Allen film Cassandra's Dream. It was in the role of Colin Farrell (who played the character of Cassandra) and Ewan McGrath. Her success led her to play Elisha in a single-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot. She then appeared in the six-episode series Trexx and Flipside in the role of Ollie. She was Bambi in the ITV2 series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe starred in the 2008 comedy feature film How to Lose Friends & Alienate People. She has performed in Little Sweet Thing, by Roy Williams, and Flight Path written directed by David Watson.
Madekwe was cast as Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama The Beautiful Life. The two-episode drama aired just 2 weeks at The CW and then it came to an end. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge from February 2011. Madekwe starred as a regular character on the ABC drama series Revenge in two episodes. In May 2013 that she would leave the series after making an appearance in the initial series of the 3rd. On the show Salem, she played Tituba in 2014 through 2016. Madekwe wed her actor boyfriend Iddo goldberg in June 2012. They've collaborated in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl as well as he has also appeared alongside Madekwe on the TV show Salem.
Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actor who was raised by an extended family. Her parents were Roy and Patty Leggat. She joined her parents, Roy and Patty along with her older brothers, Rob, Brett, and twins Todd and Bram. All of her brothers were athletic and played baseball and hockey during the winter as well as in the summer. She grew up in baseball and arenas. Ashley could not walk but could dance. In the end, at the age of 2 She discovered Baby Ballet. Ashley began to develop a love of dancing shortly after she joined the Baby Ballet. Ashley was a competitor in tap, jazz and ballet in high divisions. Every big dance events, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, have awarded her the title "top soloist".
